How Motive Mail Works
1. Enable Email on Your Domain
Log into your Customer Hub, select your domain, and click "Enable Email." We automatically configure MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records and verify delivery.
2. Create Mailboxes
Add mailboxes for your team -- sales@, support@, info@, whatever you need. Choose a storage tier, set a password, and you are live.
3. Connect Your Email Client
Use Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail app, Thunderbird -- whatever your team prefers. Your Customer Hub shows the exact IMAP and SMTP settings you need.
